The food was amazing and the host was very informative about where his meat and products came from. I had a smash burger and it's the best I've ever had anywhere as much as I want the recipe I rather it be a mystery for me to keep coming back. I had to have 2 even tho I was full!

We drove way out of our way just to come back here for the crepes, and our second visit did not disappoint!!! We got three different crepes, the blueberry pie, the pbb&bee and the Johnny crepe, and every bite was worth every penny and every mile we drove! AND all the staff members are very friendly and awesome at their jobs!! Overall amazing experience, highly recommend!

The Skinny Pancake is cute. I like it. Burlington doesnt have a great food scene - so Skinny is a nice spot. I had the pesto chicken and cubano crepes. I liked them both. They have a cute menu and a cute atmosphere. Id recommend giving them a try.

A much loved breakfast stop is none other than The Skinny Pancake in downtown Burlington on Lake Street. Although we missed Bluegrass Sunday afternoon, and the patio was closed due to rain, we managed to squeeze in two breakfast visits to get our Sweet Crepe fix. The cinnamon buckwheat gluten free crepe was light and delicious but we ate it so fast no picture was taken. The second visit we had the Apple Pie Crumble crepe with vanilla ice cream that was insanely good so get two of these because no one will want to share. The Blueberry Pie was served with whipped topping and loads of blueberries, enough for two to share, especially if you get a side of the yummy chicken sausage. Thank you to the staff and manager who are amazing accommodating dietary needs like gluten free and make us feel welcomed!

Great breakfast spot on the lake. Went on a chilly spring Monday morning at 8:30 and it was empty. Started to get busy by 9:30.

The food was fantastic. We ordered 2 different crepes but with buckwheat as one of us have celiacs. They took the allergy seriously which was much appreciated and the food was much better than we expected considering they were suing buckwheat as the alternative. Will definitely be eating here again when we visit. Loved that they are open a little late so when you’re in more of a breakfast for dinner mood they have options available.
